Hard to trust with 7D

The app seems to work fine i.e. it does give out a number once the camera is connected. However since teh camera serial number was displayed wrongly, I find it hard to trust the shutter count. I wis this wasnt the case!

EDIT: OK. I checked with another program and confirmed that this app works correct as far as giving the shutter count for 7D. However, I cannot say the same for the serial number (Which is immaterial, since we are only looking for the shutter count).
